Abou the author
Dr Niek Peters is an attorney, based in the Netherlands. His practice focuses on (international) arbitration and cross border litigation. He acts as counsel, arbitrator and adjudicator. Dr Peters regularly speaks and publishes on issues related to arbitration, private international law and court litigation. He moreover teaches at the University of Groningen where he is responsible for the course International Commercial Dispute Settlement Law.
