The Hungarian Yearbook of International Law and European Law consists of a collection of articles written mostly by Hungarian authors, covering developments in the field of international law and EU law, and progress in the domestic implementation and application of these fields of law. The thematic part of this volume focuses on the soft law of the European Union, in particular, its application in different policy fields, such as environmental policy, integration policy, CAP and collective redress. This Yearbook also contains several articles centering on the 60th anniversary of the Rome Treaty. Finally, the volume offers a comprehensive picture of the state of application and implementation of EU law and international law in Hungary.

Petra Lea Láncos is Research Fellow at the Deutsches Forschungsinstitut für öffentliche Verwaltung and Associate Professor at Péter Pázmány Catholic University in Budapest.
